Sampson Webber Leadership Black Girl College Guide Series

I had the opportunity to speak to a group of 5th grade girls on the Westside of Detroit as part of a mentoring program focused on building confidence and inspiring future goals. I shared my story as a young Black woman in design, encouraging them to believe in themselves, dream big, and begin thinking about college early. My goal was to motivate them, let them know their voices matter, and show them that success is possible—especially when they stay true to who they are.
